WE ARE FRESHLY SQUEEZED PULP

The year is 2019. Three sophomores at Duke walk into a room, determined to reimagine the classic pulp series Tarzan. That very day, our three co-founders emerged with a fourth entity: Freshly Squeezed Pulp.

Since then, FSP has been on a mission to champion representation in pulp fiction. Like our name suggests, we subvert classic works to tell an authentically diverse range of stories. We aim to empower creatives who identify as BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and/or women by providing a space for them to reclaim the narratives that shape pop culture to this day. Given the profound influence of pulp fiction on our collective imagination, FSP hopes to bring us towards a more inclusive future.
